We are really excited to be reopening our Tea Rooms in Cannock and looking for an extra special qualified chef who can provide good quality food on a daily basis to meet customer requirements and follow food hygiene rules and legislation. In particular you should have the ability to:
- Develop and plan menus.
- Cook good quality food including home-made soups, cakes and sandwiches.
- Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
- Manage food costings and inventory.
- Maintain standards for food storage rotation, quality and appearance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
- Multi task.
Train volunteers and paid members of staff to develop their skills to work within the catering industry.
