Facilities and Accommodation:
Residential Unit BAC O’Connor residential unit is designed to provide a safe and supported environment for clients deemed to be living in an environment which is unsupportive and detrimental to their recovery, are homeless and in need of a supportive environment. One of the basic elements of our programme is independence and self care. Clients are taught to budget, shop and cook. Every resident is assigned a weekly chore within the house and the cooking is done on a rota basis with the resident chef. All clients will have to pay a small contribution towards their weekly meals and accommodation. The accommodation is covered by a team of residential staff at all times

BAC O’Connor Residential Unit – Burton on Trent
A large Edwardian building which is tastefully furnished, incorporating a gymnasium, a large comfortable TV lounge, a quiet lounge, coffee room, dining room and games room. Two resident chefs produce nutritional and varied menus. The buildings are non smoking areas but facilities for smokers are provided.

BAC O’Connor Residential Unit – Newcastle under Lyme
A large 1970s building originally built for purpose as a council care home. The building has been expensively and tastefully refurbished to offer 21 single bedrooms, a large and comfortable TV lounge, quiet lounge / games room and a light and airy dining room. Two resident chefs provide the nutritionally balanced, varied menu. The extensive grounds surrounding the property are under development to provide vegetable and herb gardens and also a quiet seating area. The building is non smoking with facilities for smokers.
